FROM MANHATTAN: Holland Tunnel to 1/9 South to 78 West (to continue, see below.) Lincoln Tunnel, NJ Turnpike. FROM NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE: Take the New Jersey Turnpike to exit 14 (Newark Airport/Route 78). Take Route 78 West, STAY TO RIGHT, to Exit 48 (Route 24/Millburn). Follow instructions for Route 24 West, below. FROM GARDEN STATE PARKWAY SOUTH: Take Exit 142 (Route 24/Millburn). Follow instructions for Route 24 West, below. FROM GARDEN STATE PARKWAY NORTH: When approaching Union Toll Booth, stay to far right lane; directly after toll stay in right lane and exit to Route 78 East (Keep in RIGHT lane). Take first exit to Route 78 West (Very small sign) Take to Route 24 Exit. Follow instructions for Route 24 West, below. FROM ROUTE 78 EAST: Take Exit 45 (SUMMIT). Make left at light at end of ramp, onto Glenside Avenue, for approx. 1 1/2 miles. At STOP sign at forked intersection, bear left onto Baltusrol Road. Follow signs to Overlook Hospital. Turn left onto Morris Avenue. Continue to first light (after passing Overlook on your right). Make a left turn on Summit Avenue, which becomes Elm Street. VACNJ is third building on left, just after Summit Rescue Squad building. FROM ROUTE 78 WEST: Turns into Route 24 West. FROM ROUTE 24 WEST: Take Route 24 West to "Summit Avenue" Exit. Make a left at the light at the top of the exit ramp cross the over Route 24 onto Summit Avenue. Continue through 4 traffic lights. The Visual Arts Center of New Jersey is next building after Rescue Squad, on left. Parking is in the rear of the building. FROM ROUTE 24 EAST (MORRISTOWN AREA): Take Route 24 East to "Summit Avenue" Exit. Make a right at the light at the top of the exit ramp Summit Ave; Continue through 4 traffic lights. The Visual Arts Center of New Jersey is next building after Rescue Squad, on left. Parking is in the rear of the building. FROM ROUTE 22: Take Route 22 Westbound to Summit Road Exit in Mountainside (IMPORTANT: THIS EXIT CAN BE TAKEN FROM WESTBOUND DIRECTION ONLY). Turn right at Getty Station for Summit Road. Continue on Summit Road, which becomes Baltusrol Road. Follow signs to Overlook Hospital. Turn left on Morris Avenue and continue to first light (after passing Overlook on your right). Make a left on Summit Avenue which becomes Elm Street at that point. The Visual Arts Center of New Jersey is building after Rescue Squad on left immediately after turn.
